Well other than it being directly Unconstitutional WITHOUT the direct approval of the State Legislature, when it came to Virginia being Unconstitutionally broken up, by 20,000 FreeMasons, speaking for some 400,000 that didn't want it, the Decree and request went directly to Lincoln, and HE Approved it as KING of America, and it never went to Congress....

So maybe they'll send the request to PedoJoe???
