DECLASS functioned as a threat by Q to Clowns, one they importantly maintained when they needed it the most, via Republican Senate control ('Senate was the target').

Hate to be 'anti-hype' but... this threat of DECLASS isn't even needed anymore. That's how far along the end stage Patriots are. Great Awakening will go down as smoothly as possible. Doesn't mean that there won't be some big bombshells dropped.
