This emerging drama is standard operating procedure. When news breaks to the public that is abhorrent or criminal, a deep-state shill with an audience takes up the narrative. Soon after, the shill is discredited and exposed for similar crimes, betraying his audience. Followers of the shill are shamed and feel responsible because of the allegiance they declared to the shill , many times telling family and friends about how great the shill is. The original story dies because no one wants to talk about it.
