You mean like the Constitution or the Bill of Rights?
Will probably be a side effect of this.
In Polish Parliament there are 3 reading sessions for each act / bill.
Think this way: If these fu**ers who govern you are not able to read these bills - how citizens can find time to read and be aware if there is something that becomes a law and it will affect their lives as they will have to follow and/or comply.
This will just have Congress abdicate power more succintly. Theyll just say "The executive branch will make healthcare free to all by writing its own guidelines." One page and the 14000 pages of executive fiat wont have to be read.
Hmm good call.
I hope the patriots have a total reform of government planned.
