He does talk a lot, very aggressive, hectoring and angry. I have seen this a few times before, in cocaine and/or base amphetamine users.

Cocaine users tell everyone that they are the most wonderful and unbelievably intelligent folk around, they boast continually on everything about themselves over and over and over again and will never stop.
