anything but the jab. i’m surprised they didn’t say menopause as a result of climate change.
I had an interesting discussion with a group of women 50+ who told that they didn’t believe the benefits outweighed the risk for taking HRT. and they all decided that embracing the normal aging process, wrinkles and all, was the way to go.
Have you seen any of the talk about how the low fat diets cause the bad menapause symptoms? Many women are using the low carb/ high fat way of eating to regulate hormones rather than bowing to big pharma. I only have one ovary but I would never take HRT. I'm well past menapause and just fine.
i have not. but it makes sense to me. i have not hit that point yet, but have been listening to the wisdom of those that have gone through this phase and looking for a natural way through.
i feel like when i turned 45 ever turning about my body changed. weight didn’t shed as quickly. heart burn became a reality. it sucked. still does. i’ve been cutting out manufactured food and following a whole food lifestyle. i am healthier for sure, but it’s not really making a dent in my weight.
i’ve been following dr sean baker and i am intrigued by this lifestyle. never really thought about the low carb thing. because it was always the obese ladies in the office that said they were low carb. clearly, it didn’t seem to be working!
but all signs point to me making this change and giving it a try. im giving myself january to start clearing the pantry/etc so come feb i can make the switch in earnest.
My mother decided after her sister got breast cancer to quit hrt. She aged quickly and was diagnosed with Parkinsons. My doctor told me I can take hrt until I die and I will.
