State AGs who conspired or were at least complicit with puppet masters manipulating elections (every state runs separate elections, and they aren't for president, but for presidential ELECTORS) as an act of terrorism, the modern term properly describing war waged by a non-state entity, but by individuals and/or cabal like groups, which can be conducted both domestically (insurrection and rebellion) and from abroad (invasion).
