I take a woman's multivitamin from Dr. Fuhrman (contains no isolated carotenoids). Also a clean plant-based omega 3 supplement. Occasionally some extra zinc and D3.
The omega 3 is for neurological health late in life.
Extra zinc and D3 to help fight any viruses coming my way.
