Learning natural medicine is one of the best things we can do for ourselves and family. Have every noticed the disclaimer on website that give information on vitamins, supplements, herbs, etc? They all say ask your doctor before starting. Sadly in America the doctors are not taught about natural medicine or supplements in medical school. I’ve had one doctor in my life tell me about herbs, probably because she’s from India. The rest don’t have a clue. Their job is to prescribe medication which is a bandaid. Prescriptions don’t cure! There are natural medicine experts but because of big pharma, government and insurance they aren’t covered by medical insurance. First visit starts at $500.00. So the experts I consult are certified/trained herbalists and aromatherapist online or books. We are In this mess because of the broken medical system. (It’s always a great idea to research drug interactions and side effects when trying new herbs)
