I love intermittent fasting. I eat in an 8 hour window and drink mostly water throughout the rest of the day (filtered). I only drink herbal tea, coffee and some milk/cream. That leaves 16 hours for the body to rest and repair itself. I only eat 2 meals a day and I really like eating less food. I only use virgin coconut oil and butter for fats. I am 71 and I also take Ivermectin (at least) weekly. I think one of the best improvements in the last 5 years was checking my vitamin D levels. Started out below 30 and now run in the 60's by taking 10,000 IU's per day. I also take Super K. Everything runs better with D/K. It's nice to be older without falling apart at the seams. I rarely get sick and if I do I can eradicate it pretty quickly. Best of health to you in the New Year.
