You’re incorrect. Twitter was the DS Bullhorn, but it also answers to Share Holders law. They had to sell to Elon. They even took him to court to force it when he trolled them. Both sides decided to follow the laws on that part. We are a Nation of Laws are we not? Yes indeed and the DS lost without fully knowing what Elon was totally going to do. Remember, before buying Twitter, “they”, “them”, “those guys” thought Elon was one of “them”.
