Good example of identifying too close with info and then letting that bias dictate if "true". So, it looks like someone is emotional about "evil stuff". And when someone else smartly mentions there may be more to it than just evil intentions , and provides an example, it suddenly isn't just a fact anymore, it's suddenly a belief "you're okay with?". Nobody said they were okay with something just because they have a more full picture of what may have been motives that aren't just cut and dry "evil". Facts get left on the cutting room floor this way. This is one way that bullshit is propagated. Some people can't handle the truth. Not because it's so shocking. But because it may alter the way you are used to coming to comfy conclusions.
