The entire house votes. You need 218 votes to win I believe. Even if 100% of democrats vote for their candidate, which they have, they can't get to 218 without Republican crossover votes. IF all members vote along party lines, only republicans can win. They can't seem to get their heads out of their *sses, per usual, so that's why there is all this commotion over this. Only republicans can steal defeat from the jaws of victory the way they can.
The reason for this is simple though. We do not have a two party system of Republicans vs Democrats in this country. We have a uni-party unified by their handlers.
It's not Rep vs Dem. It's US vs Them.
