Given the context of China knowing about covid I'm leaning towards Trump referring to China should have let us know.

But the part that certainly sticks out is he refers to COVID as a “LIVE EXERCISE”
As in a controlled exercise, a controlled scenario, which then had its switch flipped ON!
To which Trump reply’s “SHOULD HAVE LET US KNOW”
IE if it was a planned EXERCISE then they could have prevented or warned us, like the Chinese suspiciously prepped and hoarded medical supplies.
Yeah live exercise sounds odd
