I agree, she probably tried to find a range of years that came as close to 1101 as possible. Seems like she found an exact match by picking 1966-2004.

I think the question, what happened between 2004 and 2021 is a valid one because she likely could have made the same point by including those years. I'd too, would like to know why she did that.

When did Bill Gates start experimenting on Indians? 2004?
