Yes, I feel bad for the family, also. I would say lung damage was from lack of blood flow when his heart stopped. That’s a long time for organs to be without blood, but I’m no doctor.

But he did have constant CPR administered by professionals. My thought is a large clot blocking the lung circulation.

If he's laying prone, he's likely suffered something like ARDS

Right, CPR was immediately done. There is about 10 minutes of oxygen in blood. I feel the clot shot has something to do with situation.
