What is it with the modern trend for wearing no gear on bikes, even slow cruisers like this fuel to noise making machine?

Near my old work some fucking idiot dropped a sports bike at 160 mph dressed like this whilst racing another dude.

It's like there is no thought whatsoever that they will, even once, drop their bike and what that entails.

This guy is a prime example of a "spare dick on a nanny goat"
