Yes, the Sun, the Moon, and the continents all move. But do they ONLY move in ONE direction and NEVER in the OTHER?

The Earth moves on its axis one way, and then rotates back again. How do you know that if the Earth moves away from the Sun, that it does not move back towards in 1,000 years later, bringing it right back to where it was?

Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace (who left because that organization was taken over by communists) has done many lectures about his research of these issues and the climate.

Bottom line:

• We are currently in an ice age, which began about 2,000,000 years ago.
• Ice ages have 2 periods: glacial and interglacial.
• The interglacial is a warm period between the glacial, which is when the Northern Hemisphere is largely covered with ice. During the interglacial, the ice recedes and temperatures rise.
• We are currently living in an interglacial period of this ice age, which began about 10,000 years ago.
• There are many cycles, including a 300-year cycle of warming and cooling and a 30-year cycle within the 300. There are likely larger cycles, as well.
• The warmest temperatures ever on Earth occured 50,000,000 years ago, when the entire planet was around 90 degrees F. The poles were about the same temperature as the equator.
• When the Earth warms or cools, the equator stays about the same, but the poles change drastically.
• The highest level of CO2 was 500,000,000 years ago, at the time of the Cambrian Explosion (when "life as we know it" came into being). CO2 levels then were 2,000 times higher than today.
• Over those 500,000,000 years, there is NO CORRELATION between CO2 levels and temperatures. Temps have gone up and down, while CO2 levels have more or less continued to decline.
• About 18,000 years ago, the Earth's CO2 levels got down so low, that all life on Earth nearly went extinct. But then, for some reason, the Earth responded by releasing CO2 from the oceans (which store 98% of CO2, to be released or absorbed, as needed -- mechanism unknown).
• Yes, humans have contributed to more CO2 in the atmosphere in the past 100 years by taking hydrocarbons from below the surface and burning them in the air -- but this is a GOOD thing, NOT a bad thing.
• Plants LOVE their CO2, and they release oxygen, which we love. Professionals who raise plants for a living in a greenhouse often buy machines to ADD more CO2 into the greenhouse because the plants thrive on it.
• In the 1970's there were dire warnings of "a new ice age coming!" That's because during 1940-1970, the Earth was in one of those 30-year cycles of SLIGHT cooling. But that just happens to be when things changed and the Earth started a 30-year cycle of warming. So, by the 1980's it was obvious that all their 1970's predicitons were wrong.
• That's when they started sounding the alarm for "global warming is coming!"
• But by the early 2000's, they found that all of those predictions were wrong, too, as the Earth started cooling again.
• These cycles continue over time, and overlap each other, making it difficult to see. Plus, the propagandists ONLY FUND research that supports their agenda, which ALWAYS boils down to ONE thing: finding research "results" that justify [them] taking YOUR money and imposing control over YOUR LIFE.

It is ALL bullshit.

The Earth has cycles due to the Earth's position relative to the Sun, the Moon, it's own axis, and a variety of other influences.

Humans have figured out how to utilize hydrocarbons (which are NOT "fossil fuels," as they do NOT come from plants or animals, but are simply a naturally-occuring substance in the Earth's crust, which has been proven by Russian scientists) by pulling them out of the Earth, burning them for energy, and releasing CO2 into the atmosphere, thereby HELPING all plants, which in turn helps all animals.

It is a beautiful thing, once you drop the fear propaganda and discover the truth.
