Why does Trump continue to show support for WEF's Ukraine pocket square McCarthy? What am I missing? One thing I know for sure, Ye Ol Donald Trumps standing with most of his base is pissed and trickling quickly away from him. It's hard to watch. Both on Twatter and Truth.

Combat tactics, Mr Ryan.

Trump endorses the one guy The Swamp wants to be Speaker.

Dem TDS prevents them from voting for KM, lest Trump be able to run ads next election cycle touting how Dem Rep voted for McCarthy.

GOP holdouts prevent KM from getting elected so that the MAGA wing can either replace with alternate Speaker, or gain some really powerful leverage.

KM will probably end up Speaker, but MAGA will have him on a leash.

My theory, anyway…
