Just one more day for 1/6 and decision by SCOTUS in Brunson Case. Is it all part of the plan?

Anons have been well trained over the years not to react to dates or what seems like important events/markers. At the same time, it is always exciting to look forward to something big that seems possible. For Brunson Case, the one thing that stands out for me is the 1/6 conference date. If SCOTUS had to dismiss it, they could have kept it for conference on 12/2 or 12/9 and be over it without creating this noise. Let's see what happens!
I keep saying it, but I think the 1/6 date is an insurance policy to make sure the Congress does not go rogue, both the outgoing and the incoming.
Well, it seems to have borne out, since Cavein McCarthy just caved in.
My prediction: SCOTUS will have their conference tomorrow and then push it down the line to the next date when they need another insurance.
I expect it to be pushed to 1/20 (Friday) and some big decision announcement on 1/23 (Monday).
