What if the Mil are persuading SCOTUS to do the right thing. Why would SCOTUS even take this Case? Just asking because it doesn't make any sense to me why this Case is even being reviewed on a historic date of January 6th, 2023 two years after the Capital fiasco of January 6th, 2021.
