Taxation protest idea. Need Help.
Gather people to collect 1040 forms from the post office, library, DMV, etc., and dress up as Native Americans and dump them into the Boston Harbor on April 15 (tax day)

As much as I appreciate the notion, dumping papers isn't the nicest to the already cesspool that is the Boston Harbor.
But this does give me an idea.
Come next election, why not just stuff the Mail-In Ballot boxes to the brim with 1040 forms?
If the boxes are full, they can't shove more fraudulent ballots in them, right?
