What if Trump is saying he is not interested, and they keep voting on him until there is a majority by the 17th round of voting. Would Trump still say he is not interested? I assume he would say, “I will do it, only because Congress speaks for the people.” That way he doesn’t act like he ever wanted the position or was interested and it becomes a path to the Presideny. It is a stretch, I know.
