House Republicans Are Looking to Cut Agencies or Specific Feds' Pay by Reviving the 'Holman Rule'

The new Congress already has its eyes set on slashing funding at some agencies, and eliminating others altogether.

Truly amazing. As more of this unfolds over time, it's jaw-dropping just how bad the beast infestation is. No quick fixes here. As I watch this plan unfold I'm in awe at the brilliance of it. I agree with all you've said here and pray for Trump and all good people both here and worldwide. I just hope I live long enough to be part of a rebuilding phase because there's going to be a mountain of work to do after the beasts are eradicated.
