House Republicans Are Looking to Cut Agencies or Specific Feds' Pay by Reviving the 'Holman Rule'

The new Congress already has its eyes set on slashing funding at some agencies, and eliminating others altogether.

The Holman rule could make for some great leverage dismantling the Optimus- subprime funding boondoggle.. imagine knocking out fed workers every-time they try and fund foreign aid, It would really highlight how congress is choosing other countries over America!!!
