I would respectfully disagree. I don't think any goal that was required was left unachieved. It was a 8 year plan and we are still in 5-6 years into it, and we are entering the disclosure / awakening phase.

I would contend that EM was earmarked for this a long time ago. The Tesla price keep zooming up and up was no accident, and that started in 2019. Without that, there would have been no Twitter purchase.

The illusion that some of the goals were unachieved is because of our blurred vision (by design) of what the goals were.
