I wager that the vast majority of Pure Blood's are fully awakened and would never purchase an electric vehicle.

I know I wouldn't.

There would be NO EV market if it weren't for the Government subsidies. Just like there would be no Solar Farms or Wind Farms without the Government stealing money from one group of people and giving it to those to promote their idiotic pet projects.
