Are we getting a glimpse of voter fraud happening in realtime with this stalled Motion to Adjourn vote? It went from 218-215; to 217-217, then 211-215; now to 176-258. What's going on?

A bunch of Republicans changed their vote at the end. Makes me think they made a deal and Mccarthy has enough now
