The fact that it even had to go to court speaks volumes about the level of moral decay in the world. I commend the judge for making the right decision in this case.

If we return to the observing Nature's Laws, this judgment is as plain as night and day. This seems to be the problem though. Observing Nature has become a rare commodity in the big city. The consequences has been sobering.

if the school is going to let trannys in to the sports and the parents have to go to court then.:
if trannys are supported by government money, and the government is the military industrial complex...
then schools and sports are part of the military industrial complex.
if the military industrial complex want's a weak Americal they will send trannys into schools and do other things to weaken the American figting man.

Really, how old are the trannys? I saw drop in students in my high school that were clearly government operatives. they would disappear for a couple months then miraculously come back into the school like nothing happened.

How does it work when some LGBLT from another state plays Virginia?
Hopefully they will have to sit out of the game, or the team is disqualified. I wouldn't be surprised if other districts disqualify schools from west Virginia as retaliation.

Can't say I blame them for filing the suit. They have perverted the 14th amendment in declaring same-sex marriage a right. Without regard to the actual consequences of doing so. That court provided no reasoning that would preclude absurd outcomes from this.
If being faithful to the equal protection argument, same sex marriage bans are not violative of equal protection. Because marriage has always been between both sexes. If a state wanted to deny a gay man from marrying a woman, that would violate equal protection. It does not require that your own preferences for a spouse be accommodated.
So on that basis, why would these weirdos not think they had a pretty solid chance of having the court declare that "they are who they think they are" and rule accordingly? Glad it didn't work. Not glad that SCOTUS is going to weigh in on it. We already got a bullshit ruling from Gorsuch in employment law where "sex discrimination" suddenly became "sexual orientation discrimination." Not a fan.
