I am actually so saddened by this situation. Most of my family and loved ones have "taken it for the society". My old dad is on his second booster, and he only took them out of fear. He even admitted to that he was not certain it would do him any good, but he felt pressured to do it. At least I think he will not take anymore. He is very old, so I have not gone into any confrontation or given any advice, just stated my own opinion.
What really bothers me is, that the young generation in my family have taken the kill shot themselves, and also given it to their young children. I refuse to be the "I told you so" kind of person. I am just so sad that they succumbed to the pressure. I really think many are regretting today, but will never admit their own failure. Not to me, nor to themselves. I know of only one distant relative, that has also refused the jab...
It is very sad. I have a few family members who have taken it but most of us haven't.
You are very lucky. I know of only ONE person IRL who has not taken it. This is within family, friends and colleagues. It makes one feel quite lonely, sometimes...
