I'm not sure how the rest of the population can be reached, but I feel as if it's not going to happen until we seriously hit them in the wallet.

No, this is about draining the SWAMP. The Swamp is the Central Banking Cabal. BRICS basket currency/currency standard, will replace the system after they bankrupt the Federal Reserve.
