In my mind, impeachment is a waste of time, nobody really cares, and it validates uncle joe as legitimate,

I would much rather see the election overturned and all involved convicted of Treason

If someone has committed the crime, they should have to answer for it. Removed from position should not be a punishment. It can be a requirement, and then punished for the crime. So my answer is both.
