It's interesting that all the wrong people always use the catch phrase of "free and fair election". Doesn't matter where in the world being referenced. My thought nowadays is that it is code for "rigged and stolen"... and WE KNOW now that that is precisely what has been going on with "hammer" and "scorecard"
