I did my own research and saw video of the cups when they were released years ago. The drink was called McFizz, when filled to the right volume the cup looks completely innocent and nostalgic. It doesn't matter if these cups had to be turned a certain way, those images were embedded in the design. Marketers spend millions of dollars coming up with designs, and have teams of lawyers to review their work prior to mass production. There is no way these designs were not purposeful.
It also doesn't matter if it were a limited time run, or that it happened in Japan. Pedophiles and pedophilia are all over the world. Their limited run of these cup very well could have been to gauge the public acceptance of this marketing prior to mass production world wide.
