Because Trump's truth reads just like all his comms. "probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out." Not normal to say, or to highlight HEART, especially in today's climate of vax vs unvaccinated. It's like he's mocking it and is as bad as if he said "Probably her big heart gave out due to climate change."
