Interesting. Possible Comms vehicle, on the local level.

McDonald's Broken Ice Cream/I Scream machine has been decoded to symbolize current status of local cells.

There are a number of eyebrow raising events in Durham, NC timed with Sealed Indictment happenings.

While less local, Nuclear Power plants are also Comms vehicles. Clinton Power Plant, for example. News articles can be created about "hazardous violation went unchecked between 2013-2015, discovered my 3rd party inspector Flynn Durham blah blah blah" about the Plant, and convey specific meaning to those who are Comms Aware.
