This is facts. Just did a quick research, claims to be an Anagram of Radeon. It might be that Radeon is the actual anagram, as one carries a meaning, the other doesn't.

could be, but the company that came up with Radeon name (ATI) is long gone... bought up by AMD.

So a shell company buys another company. ATI, may have come up with Radeon, an anagram of Adreno, which makes ATI, something to look into, and makes AMD the cover story and have to be looked into. That's a rabbit hole that might have some nuggets. Who knows?!
