Yes he was, as soon as he said it, it became the new thing to do. It's like they were trying to beat Trump to the bunch so they can take the credit and so that Trump can't use it for his campaign. Trump should just wait till closer to election time to say what he will do once he's back in office, don't give those idiots any ideas.
