Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I guess in some cases there's incomplete combustion, not sure if it's just gasoline engines or natural gas also, that will create carbon monoxide, but last time I read up on that I believe the article said that the carbon monoxide will eventually combine with oxygen and turn into carbon dioxide.

I'm pretty sure I learned this back in grade school.
