Thoughts on the J&J vaccine?

I'm only asking because I never hear about that vaccine, Only the mRNA vaccines. Is it dangerous like the others?

I know only two people who took it. MiL got epilepsy. Friend had to undergo heart surgery but he is 65+ so it could be unrelated. Who knows. Both cases shortly after vaxx.
