Thoughts on the J&J vaccine?

I'm only asking because I never hear about that vaccine, Only the mRNA vaccines. Is it dangerous like the others?

Empirically seems to me if something bad was going to happen with that vax, it happened shortly after vaccination. I think the MrNA vaccines are scarier because they appear to become increasingly problematic the longer out you go.
