Thoughts on the J&J vaccine?

I'm only asking because I never hear about that vaccine, Only the mRNA vaccines. Is it dangerous like the others?

My mom's friend got the J&J vaxx and now suffers from chronic headaches and heavy nosebleeds. A lot of clotting issues were associated with this one, so it seems to be just as bad.
