Maybe it will be successful this time. Everyone is losing their mind claiming that Russia has annexed territories, when in actuality, the territories voted to leave Ukraine, then held a second vote to ask the Russian Federation to accept them.
When did the Syrians in the Golan Heights have any votes? When did the Palestinians have any votes? We should be waving Syrian and Palestinian flags in outrage.
I respectfully disagree. Both sides were made promises by Great Britain that were broken, and Israel may have gotten the worst of it. Joan Peters' book, From Time Immemorial explains how everybody (Except GB and her allies) got shafted in the deal, but Israel most of all.
Having read Peter's book, she makes a very compelling case for the real bad guys being the Allied forces and their broken promises to both the Arabs in the land and the Jews longing for a homeland. I would like you to consider reading the book before making a final judgement on it. (BTW, I was not the down vote, I save those for illogic or personal attacks)

...sorry I don't believe that a wee bit....
...the zionists are in firm control of the situation....
