The kingdoms of God is not a visible kingdom. We all are collectively part of this other realm that we can't see but can "know", and everything we think, act and see is different. God is in charge in that Kingdom.
When the day comes that people no longer have the choice to participate in His kingdom then God will remove His Spirit from the world and at that time those when are part of His kingdom.
