Bioweapons are NOT a DEFENSIVE weapon.
They are a Weapon of Mass Destruction, that kill indiscriminately and whose intent is simply to eliminate as many humans as possible, without moral, ethical or legal justification.
Unlike Nuclear weapons, these are not localized events.
They should be categorized differently than nuclear weapons. Weapons of extreme mass destruction.
