oil of oregano is in the hot family of oils and has to be diluted with a carrier oil when using. I use oregano EO when my sinuses are acting up and when allergy season hits. 1 drop in a capsule then fill with either olive oil or coconut oil before taking. when allergies are severe I add a drop of frankincense as well.
