He gave many inches off his waist line for that picture. That timing is somewhat interesting though. I'm not sure whether to this he is a BH or WH but he's interesting character in this whole show nonetheless.
I agree on that. It's either that the real him is in the background fighting with the WH and this version is for the public, or the real one was a BH and the WH caught him, then put this obviously different one out to the public to let the BH know that we got your boy.
