I believe these dialogues are a small part of what makes us occasionally look retarded and prevents awakening of the fence sitters who are close to joining us.
There were NO hospitals or physicians actively murdering patients. Zero. Regarding this particular ‘doctors killing patients’ dialogue…When a patient is ventilated it would be nearly impossible to kill them with versed/Midazolam and/or opiates.
Patients are only intubated/ventilated when in respiratory failure. There weren’t any crazed doctors running around recklessly, needlessly shoving endotracheal tubes down patients’ throats.
The real harm to patients occurred when early treatment was shunned. This was a deep and wide-ranging shunning. For instance, our medical malpractice carrier informed our hospital system they would not insure physicians using ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine.
Remdesivir is also not a tool of murder. There’s fairly robust data now showing benefit in certain patient groups. Yes, you must monitor renal function during treatment.
