seems there's a good chance the mysterious appearance of classified docs in sketchy places around Biden was for the purpose of instigating a ruse special counsel such that Congress might not be able to access Joe and others and related info, because Congress is not allowed to interfere in an "ongoing investigation". according the weasel McCabe this precedent exists. does it really?
Good theory and it makes sense. They always telegraph their intensions in some way and the name of the game is obstruction. A whole host of docs could come under that umbrella of the SC. This will place handcuffs on any serious congressional investigations. Same old song and dance.
I have been saying this since this ordeal began. The 'Special Counsel" is to hide it all from Congress in an "ongoing investigation" that will last for the remainder of his term. Sometime around the 2024 election they will resolve it with a not guilty of intent ruling and Biden pardons Hunter. Poof their criminality of the last 100 years buried forever.
The playbook is known. Lets see what happens with the WH response to their call.
