YOU have perfectly nailed it, fren. I'm an "older" white dude, getting ready to leave a federal gov't org that I've worked at -- with absoutely STELLAR and regular annual reviews -- for the past 20 years, because the current senior leadership of the org has decided to prostrate at the altar of woke-ism. Perfectly fine...not EVERY corner of the federal gov't subscribes to that approach, and I can find another job that accommodates me and my views for the last few years of my career until retirement....but how fucking pathetic and sad is it when we hire folks based solely on their fucking SKIN COLOR, and not on how qualified they are to do the job they're hired for??? I'm SO over it.
